A lot has transpired in the past 48 hours (has it only been that long?). We've been without internet access during this time (i.e. unable to use laptop), but finally made it to an internet cafe where we have a few minutes to fire off a quick update.
The big news is that we found a wonderful little boy that we had the chance to spend some time with yesterday. He just turned six and has a great disposition, an inquisitive nature, and loves people. We are staying in the same small town where the orphanage is located (about 4 hours from Kiev), and plan on visiting with him each day for the next 2 weeks while the paperwork gets completed. If all goes as planned, we hope to make him part of our family!
Much more to say (as well as pictures!), but that will have to wait until later.
